Bob Haddon - President

Combining 20 years of Engineering background to the 36 years of boating experience to build one of Southern California's oldest and most respected full service boat dealerships. Nearing retirement, Bob spends a lot of time feeding tackle to Largemouth Bass and Bluegill on his privately-owned lake, and, of course, from a boat!

John Haddon
Vice President and
General Manager

Representing the second generation and carrying the tradition of a solidly run family business, John has been in the boating business for 37 years. The Sea Witch foundation is “Be Fair, Honest, and Respectful of your customers” and they will return again and again. That philosophy carries through to the manufacturers Sea Witch chooses to do business with.

Their decision to strictly carry Seaswirl, Yamaha and Monterey is because their philosophy of customer service parallels that of Sea Witch’s in their efforts to support their customers and to thoroughly enjoy that special time on the water with family and friends. If you’ve got a question, you can count on John being there to answer it. Give him a call!!!!!

David Willmering
Sales

Since 1989 David Willmering has been at Sea Witch Marine where he has held a variety of positions. He has done many things at the dealership including; detailing boats, rigging accessories on boats, warranty work, pre-delivery inspection on new boats, and now currently in sales. With this background, David is more than able to help his clients find the correct boat for each of his customers’ specifics.

In addition to being a salesman, he also over sees each new boat sold from Sea Witch Marine making sure it’s outfitted correctly for the delivery day. When he’s not at work, he can be caught fishing, riding out at the desert or working on restoring his 1961 VW.

Bill Burgess
Sales

Bill is one of those people who would be lost if he couldn't spend time on the water. Fishing, cruising, or pulling the kids around at he end of a tow rope; it's a great way to get the most out of life. From his childhood days in South Florida, to school at the University of Hawaii, and now enjoying the family life in North County, Bill has always found a way to be close to the water.

Sharing his years of experience and boating knowledge with his customers just comes naturally to this saltwater junkie. Listening to customers and helping them make the right decisions about their next boat is what it's all about.

Brandon Martinez

Parts and Accessories Manager

Brandon has been with Sea Witch Marine as the Parts Manager since 1998. He has over 15 years of customer service experience striving to ensure his department is stocked with the parts his customers need, and the ones they want.

With his love of fishing and boating, he’s been a Southern California angler for the last 15 years fishing on friend’s boats, including customers he’s met while with Sea Witch Marine. The very friends he’s fished with has heightened his education of what a customer is looking for in both boats and what they expect from his department; one that caters to their needs. Pick up the phone and give him a call.

Don Konopa
Service Manager

Spanning almost four decades, Don has seen it all: from hand mixing two stroke oil then replaced by oil injected engines, carburetors replaced by electronic fuel injection, two stroke engines replaced for four stroke engines, to Johnson and Evinrude replaced by Yamaha. Don has adapted to all these changes quickly to bring you, our customer, the respectful, attentive service you expect.

Don’s staff knows what they are doing, trained and focused by not all brands, but just the best: Monterey, Volvo-Penta, Seaswirl and Yamaha. His primary goal is to provide service to the customers that have purchased from Sea Witch, and more importantly, put their trust in Sea Witch. Look for him on the water, he fishes when not at work.

Wendy Pierce
Detailer Specialist

Wendy came to Sea Witch Marine in 2004 from a major boat manufacturer in Florida working as a boat mold preparer. Her transition to a detailing specialist is a perfect fit for her and Sea Witch Marine.

Every new boat is “Wendyized” before the new owners take command and the gleam from the boat is just as recognizable in the owners’ eyes. As a mother of three, Wendy settled easily in the Sea Witch Marine family and her passion for baseball makes her one of the guys.
“Love my Giants.”
